Position: Project Facilitator Interns (4 Positions)

Description

Are you passionate about combating antimicrobial resistance (AMR)? The RBA Initiative is expanding its team and seeking dedicated Project Facilitator Interns to support our impactful projects, including the RBA Initiative AMR School Clubs Project in Dodoma, Tanzania.

Duration of Internship:

6 months, with the possibility of extension based on the needs of the RBA Initiative.

Qualifications:

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a One Health course from a recognized academic institution. One health course (human health, animal health, environmental or social sciences).

Strong teamwork, communication, and self-management skills.

Proficiency in oral and written Swahili and English.

Ability to deliver high-quality results and collaborate effectively.

Good interpersonal skills and ability to interact with multidisciplinary teams.Some training experience will be an added advantage.

Familiarity with common computer programs (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

Location: Based in Dodoma region, preferably Dodoma city or Bahi district.

Responsibilities:

Provide training and support for organization projects, including AMR School Clubs.

Collaborate with project coordinator for smooth project implementation.

Maintain accurate records and promote quality and innovative training.

Prepare reports and provide feedback as required.

Undertake assigned project tasks dependant on project needs

Internship Details:

A minimum of 6 months, working part-time with a possible extension.

Financial support includes fixed compensation for completed tasks and travel allowance.
