The RBA Initiative recently hosted a workshop to co-develop the Bridging Program for healthcare interns in Tanzania and validate the training guide. The session brought together key stakeholders, including Ms. Emiliana Francis, National AMR Coordinator, Ministry of Health, and Ms. Regina Richard, AMR Focal Person, President’s Office-RALG, who actively contributed to shaping the program.

Insights from both current and past interns were invaluable in ensuring the program is effective and tailored to real-world needs. This initiative reinforces our commitment to capacity building and multidisciplinary training in AMR and One Health
