The workshop we organized in Dodoma-Tanzania, brought together pharmaceutical practitioners from different healthcare facilities in Dodoma city. The theme of the workshop was “Antimicrobial resistance and antibiotic use: the role of pharmaceutical practitioners.” The workshop aimed to engage healthcare workers to come up with solutions to contain antimicrobial resistance. The workshop aimed to increase awareness of both antimicrobial resistance and one health approach to tackling antimicrobial resistance.
