RBA Initiative participated at a Workshop organized by the Ministry of Health (MOHCDGEC) to develop IEC/BCC  Materials. The development of these materials is an important step in implementation of AMR national action plan. The workshop was conducted in Morogoro municipal and brought together different stakeholders.

The RBA Initiative empowers members of the ward development committee in discussions about antimicrobial resistance. Participants of these trainings includes education officers, agriculture officers, veterinarian officers and representatives from different group of special needs such as women and people with disabilities. The trained schoolchildren from the RBA Initiative AMR school clubs are reaching their peers at the primary level through outreach program. Club members share knowledge they possess on antimicrobial resistance with the younger students in an engaging and educational way. The success of these project highlights the importance of peer-to-peer education in spreading knowledge. The
